Clutch Pedal Help

I have a 98 T100. I replaced the master cylinder and the slave cylinder about 4 months ago. Both were bled through with DOT 3 break fluid. The fluid was clean. I recently noticed that the clutch pedal gets stuck at times. It gets stuck when I start in, sometimes when I shift into first and sometimes when I shift into reverse. When I'm shifting through gears 2-5 its totally fine. Nothing looks like its leaking, all the fluid is still there. However the fluid looks dirty. When my engine is off, I can pump the clutch pedal and it returns fine, until I hold the pedal down. The pedal gets stuck and then eventually goes down to the floor. The bushings and springs look good and there doesn't seem to have any bracket damage. What could the problem be?

stuck like you pushed it to the floor and it didn't return or stuck as in you can't push ot at all? or do you push it partway and then stops before hitting the floor?
