gotta be a loose wire or somthing in your steering colum cuz if they shut off when u move it up since your headlight switch is on the colum
if that made any sence lol

ok so i pulled my columb apart again this morning and everything looked fine, so i put the columb all the way down and turn the lights on i just wiggled some of the wires around and the lights were flickering so i put the columb back up an made sure everything was tight made sure the harness was pluged in good cheaked again for any cut or pinched wires and now it works fine so im not sure what i did but i guess it works no but the ? is for how long thanks 4 the post i probably wouldnt of bothered messing with it again it probably would of ended up at toyota
