T-max 9000 repair

Tons of grease from factory. So after seeing other post and talking to t-max service tech. I removed excess. Talk about lots.

And offending culprit. After installing in cab remote; I guess i’ve Gotten a bit lazy and asked for someone else to rotate lever from free spool to engaged. Whoever did it last time must have been a bit overly excited to help.

Photos will be out of sequins but I tried.

Punch volunteered to take one for the team. Diameter is .015” less but had it on hand. Punch still works for anyone that was concerned and was welcomed back by other punches in the drawer for any special snowflake types that were concerned about such things.
