Stereo Problems

I have brand new Rocksford Fosgate front and rear speakers and a brand new Pioneer head unit.

Everything was working fine until I had to take the rear speakers out to work on cutting my rear fenders. When I put them back in they aren't working anymore, along with the tweeters.

I checked the wires going to the rear speakers and there is no short. I also checked the fader on the deck itself and it doesn't work at all? It is stuck on +1 Rear. Could this be a problem in the deck?

EDIT: I turned on the subwoofer control to normal on my head unit and the rear speaker started to work, but only bass is coming out of them and the tweeters have sound but its just fuzzy.

I wired my old stereo deck in and the rear speakers work fine, so the deck was the problem. Hopefully this helps anyone with the same problem.
