Seat Heater Install

Seat Heater Install
Since my GF and I have two completely different thermostats, I decided I needed to do something that would allow me to keep the windows down and the heat off when driving in cooler temps.
I looked into seat heaters and found these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB..._promot_widget
Produced by Sports Imports. The website listed in the instructions is www.seatheater-heatedseats.com. (They are cheaper on E-Bay)
Anyway, was a very simple install. I have seat covers already, so just slipped them underneath on the PS. I just bought a heater for one seat, as my side doesn't need one. Feel like poster board is on the seats once installed. When GF compares to factory heaters found on her Subaru, she felt the area of heat was larger and possibly higher temps.
They seem to be a quality item with excellent wiring and a nice two temp switch. The GF finds the low setting is usually fine, with high for when the temps really get down there. The only negative she found was a slight cycling effect (hot to warm to hot) and mostly felt on high setting. Probably a slow to react thermostat... just guessing.
If anyone is looking for a after market seat heater.. these may be the way to go or at least place to start looking.
Now that the summer is here this mod is probably a little late. But for those of you with cold co-pilot syndrome... this is the fix.
