Hey guys, I have an 87 5spd toyota pickup. It has the 22r in it. The reverse lights and the light that comes on at the top of the cab in reverse are not working. I checked all the fuses and they look good...am I missing one? I also looked for the plug in at the back of the transmission but I am not really sure what I am looking for. Any help to fix this problem would be appreciated.

 

sometimes when one bulb in the circuit is out it may affect the others-only advice I have is to check out each bulb-

at the transmission I thought there was perhaps a single solitary wire that connects with a spade terminal to indicate when reverse is engaged.

Not really sure and feel fee to ask in older trucks section for better likelyhood of response

maybe you already figured all this out....
