anything can be replaced, as Elton said, you just need to cut a lot... what vehicle do you have, I may have part numbers

if you can dig up just the connector bodies, you can remove the wiring (including pins/sockets) from the connectors and replace them without cutting, assuming everything else is still good. Just need a removal tool (read: piece of plastic the right size)

This reference file doesnt apply to your (86) truck however it can help with the procedure of replacing the connectors. I would pull the pins out of the existing harness and install them in a known good plug. Take notes and pictures if you go this route.
Ok, so here is the LINK and there is some great info here for all. Its the FSM harness repair manual for 91 to 05 Toyota's.

FOREWORD
This manual has been prepared for use when
performing terminal repairs, wire repairs, or connector
repairs on vehicles.
A step–by–step section on connector repair and
terminal repair is included.
There is a section of charts with terminal and connector
illustrations, part numbers, and notes on terminal
removal.
By using this guide, a satisfactory repair of the wiring
harness and connectors in Toyota vehicles will be easy
to achieve.
All information in this manual is based on the latest
product information at the time of publication. However,
specifications and procedures are subject to change
without notice.
