Rednecks shouldnt work with wires

So I have an 86 22re headman header and flowmaster exhaust and I put an o2 in it I found the wires for it (pink/green,white/red,black,brown)
And I ordered an o2 and it came back with a 1 wire so I tried a 93 and I got a sensor with 4 wires (black, black, white, blue) and the plugs didn't match but I did research and I thought they'd work
Harness. O2
Pink/green=black. Heater
White/red=blue. Signal/power
Brown=white. Ground
Black=black. Heater

So I got a flat 4 trailer plug and wired it in.
It ran for about 8-9 miles then my tach droppe to 0-200 rpm and no matter what gear or throttle position(half or matted) it wouldn't get any fuel so I coasted to the shoulder and shut it off unplugged my o2 and it cranks but won't fire. I have power to my cluster an radio and wipers.

Anything helps

Check all your fuses, especially your EFI fuse.

Usually driver's side kick panel fuse block:

Also, you can use an ohm meter to check out the O2 sensor and connector wiring. The heater circuit should have a reasonably low resistance, the sensor circuit will likely read very high resistance.
