Rear deck window

I have searched but can not find anything about the rear hatch window. My motor went out so a new one was bought, I installed it, put everything back in and ran the window up a down a couple of times worked great, tried the key in the hatch, worked great, tried the inside switch and nothing, don't use it very often so the heck with it, put all the panels back on, closed the hatch, ran the window up and called it good. The next day went shopping, brought the bags out rolled down the rear hatch window using the key, and put the bags inside, got home rolled it down again, it went up no problem. Come morning tried to open the window, no go nothing, all the door windows work great, everything else is working good. pulled the inside panels off jumped it from the car battery and the window went down smoothly, no power to the rear hatch, hooked the hot jumper to the red wire and sparks flew, short ??? I can't find a fuze for there but checked all inside the cab and under the hood, pulled the plastic from where the wires go out of the tailgate, it all looks good, went under the car and found the wires went into the body panel, looks good up to there, removed the sill trim and the wires are encased in a plastic sleeve, I am now removing the kick panel on the driver side to see if I can find out where the power comes from. This is on a 1993 4 runner 3.0 v6, it runs great and everything works as it should except for the rear window in the hatch. HELP!!!!

OK, I guess I didn't ask the right question, where is the fuze for the rear window. I have looked at all the fuzes under the hood and inside and can't find anything blown.

Might be some fuses/breakers behind the drivers seat someplace?

Found out that there is a relay to the rear window and its behind the driver side panel in the cargo compartment, checked with rock auto and found out the part is $588.00, What !!! for a power relay, no way so I am going to wire the inside switch direct to the motor and eliminate the out side key switch..

Be careful after you've done this, as it will bypass all the safety systems in the original wiring. If you have the tail gate open and hit the button, it will move your window. Something to keep in mind if you have kids or dogs climbing around the cab. When I straight wired mine, I moved the switch to the knockout between the drivers door and the steering wheel, so only the driver can hit it, and not by accicent.

Ok, removed the power control behind the left rear panel, there are 4 breakers or relays, 2 are in good shape, but 2 on the top have melted spots on the right hand side, I half to figure that is not right and that is my problem, but what caused them to melt ???
