problems with automatic door locks

problems with automatic door locks
iv got a 2001 4runner limited. none of the automatic locks work, the key, the door switch, or the remote. the unlock works on all the above.....when all the doors are shut, nothing. when a door is open i get the warning buzzer, but still no locks....any help would be greatly apreciated!
