O2 sensor bad input

So Im posting in regards to a recent issue. I use Megasquirt and according to the program the O2 sensor is stuck at .13v until it heats up and then once it heats up it stays dead at .8v until you give it throttle past 1300 rpms. Once you go past 1300 it flops over to .13v. I just replaced the damn thing and checked my wires. I sprayed them out with some maf sensor cleaner just to make sure there was nothing interfering with it. Didnt change it. Im guessing it might be the controller itself but I really cant tell.

Might help to know just what your working on??

Since your not using the stock system just what voltage does yours need to see??

Might also be a poor connection at the other end.

Its on an 88 sr5 turbo pickup. The voltages should be right about the same as stock and its a single wire so no real chance of crossing it with an O2 heater wire.

Just got done checking voltages from the O2 itself. Idle its showing .8 volts which seems pretty high considering the fuel trim isnt nearly that high. Off of idle and rapid throttle spikes didnt move it much. Just got the thing so it should be new.
