Ok so I have a '85 2wd with the 22r. My question is I'm not getting any spark. So far i have rerplaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, checked the signal generator, replaced the igniter and coil. There is no spark from the igniter. I have no idea what the cause is now. Suggestions? Thanks Cliff

Put a circuit tester (screw driver with light inside) on the negative side of the coil and ground the alligator clip and have someone crank it for you. If the light blinks, the distributor is breaking fire, if it doesn't blink, the problem is in the distributor.
