ignition coil ground wire

my 3.0 v6 motor has a little wire that plugs into my ignition coil and looks as if it grounds to the fender (Drivers fender) and grounds agian to the cylinder head. but it branches off agian and theres a little black box smaller than a dime that bolts to a bracket with a 10 mm bolt. Well if i havent confused anyone yet, the insulation has come off that wire and was coming in contact with something hot because of being careless when reinstalling oil dipstick. I need to replace that wire it will unplug and all that good stuff with out removing/replacing ignition coil. Does anyone where i can find that.
