No pump, no codes

Rebuilt truck in last 2 months. Cab, box, etc. Anyway, got everything back on and it started. Must have been left over fuel in the rails because now that I<ve put a new tank on, it wont start. Just rolls over, no pump.

Pump runs when bypassing Fp and B+ or with AMF flap open.

COR
-resistances are good
-has power on 2 coming from Main Relay
-has power on 4 going to AMF
-has ground on 3 and 6
-plug is good, checked by jumping it

AMF
-Resistances are good
-Only has power on 2 coming from COR

Dont seem to have power on VC, VS, and THA wires at ECU plug. Does power come from AMF to ECU, or vice-versa?

Had codes 24 and 31 earlier today, but was probably from the testing. Cleared them and now, no codes whatsoever. Still no pump.

Put tank up, put 5 gallons in. Jumped B+ and Fp, truck started, ran for a bit, shut it off, then started it again without jumping.

Good thing here is there is no more codes.
