No power and bad miss under power 94 4runner

No power and bad miss under power 94 4runner

I have a 94 4runner idles good but touch the gas spits and sputters won't go over 30.
New plugs,wires,cap,rotor,fuel filter,fuel pump,coil pack,mafs. Losing my mind any suggestions?
Oh and timing is right on.

Is your Check engine light on??

Just what engine do you have that has both a distributor and coil packs ??

What did your spark plugs look like ??

No cil, coil not coil pack sorry.
Plugs look like new

Your issue could be a dirty/bad fuel injector. Have you cleaned your throttle body, MAF and changed your air filter?

New maf and new air filter cleaned throttle body.
Can you clean injectors or do you have to replace them?

You can buy fuel additives at any auto parts store which will help clean them. B12 or Chevron w Techron works well.

Anyway of testing the maf/could the fuel pressure reg cause this to happen

I had to gap my plugs a little more than recommended with new ngk copper plugs to get rid of a miss under load with a fresh tune up. Not sure why...
