'99 4Runner with the electronic temp control, and there is no lighting on the display area that shows the temp setting/air distribution mode, etc. Drives me freaking nuts at night. Any suggestions as to how to disassemble the dash to change out the bulb? Is there a bulb? It's just an electronic display, and maybe the lighting is incorporated into the display - don't know.

I haven't had a 99 apart. On some of my junk it is a bulb, on some it is a bulb that is soldered to the circuit board. I go to radio shack and find one comparable and solder it in.
