Issues with 95 Pickup fuel delivery

I own a 95 Pickup dlx 4x4 extended cab. It has the 3vze 3.0L v6 in it. The other day i went to start it up and it fired up and died a few seconds later. tried it again and the same thing happened.

I then noticed that i could not hear the fuel pump turn on as it always does. I checked and tested all the fuses and relays. they were all good. Needless to say i replaced the fuel pump only to find that the same issue occurred.

I then checked all the wiring to see if a line had been severed. i even check all the fuel lines, but i wouldn't be getting any fuel to the engine at all. all the lines checked out fine. Going into the diagnosis panel i used a service wire to bridge the connection between the Fp and +B which completes the circuit and turns the fuel pump on. The fuel pump worked just fine.

What seems to be happening is the fuel pump turns on with the starting circuit but cuts out once it is turned to the acc position. A friend of mine told me about the oil pressure switch might be faulty causing the fuel pump to be shut off. i just replaced that and the same issue is still occurring.

So i have completely gone through the fuel system to see if anything is wrong, but have had no luck in finding anything. I am starting to wonder if it has something to do with the ECU. If anyone has any ideas it would be useful.
