82 Pickup needing the rear view mirror light and central light rewired and replaced but i have just discovered that there is no wiring to them at all. Does anyone know how to do this without tearing the roof lining off?

On my 81, the wiring runs through the lip over the windshield, down the A pillar, into the kick panel to the wiring loom. You might try to fish the wiring into the cab light cavity and push it until it reaches the kick panel area. The only problem would be trying to get past the area where the windshield and A pillar meet, but it free fall from there. If you can get some bailing wire to run first, then once it is through, attach the regular wiring to it with tape and pull it through. The door switches are down in the kick panel area.
