ive done some searching on here but havent really found all that much on the topic.im looking to get a set of ff1000 but not sure what model, thats why id like to know what the city light is. does anyone have them and what exactly is it? thanks

 

City light is a euro thing where they are not allowed to run headlights in the city. Same as a "position light" - shows your car to others but does not provide any illumination to you.

 

city lights are just low wattage bulbs nested in the lamp housing themselves. they dont really emit a beam used for lighting up the road, they just 'light up' the inside of the lamp very subtly.

they come in a variety of flavours too. On my GTi hella H4's, i had some blue/purple, green, yellow, red, but my favourites were the plain white ones.
