Headlight issue
I recently installed new head lamps in my 91 pickup. The old ones worked fine but I wasn't happy with the brightness. Now the driver side low beam doesn't work with any of the four lamps i plug in there (2 old 2 new). My tester light is showing all 3 contacts in that connecter to be hot. All wires and connectors seem to be in good shape. Could this be a fuse or relay problem?

if all 3 are showing hot, you have issues, one should be the ground and therefore 0 v. What is it that you did when you weren't happy with the brighness (besides install new lamps)? Any wiring tweaks?

Nothing else just new lamps. I don't know much about wiring so I mess with it as little as possible.
Edit I should add that I'm only reading all 3 hot when the lamp is plugged in

It is possible you broke a wire at the head light plug
Then maybe removing the old bulb moved corrosion around on the plug
Have you checked that the lights even work ??Every thing is fine on the right side??
The single pin is the voltage from the head light fuse
