engine light constant flash!!

Im working on my 3vze and wanted to double check the engine codes before I put everthing back together.

I replaced, with used parts, knock sensor/wire, MAF, and TPS.

I checked it yesterday, and the tps was the only thing throwing a code, so I thought at least no more knock sensor!!!

anyways so today I took of the tps again and put it back on as I felt maybe I had it placed incorrectly, and now the Eng light just flashes.

I disconnected the + terminal for 30 secs and tried again.
the t and e are jumpered...I dont know.
the spark wires are not pluged into the sparks, but that shouldnt matter, as it didnt yesterday.

Does this mean short.
the only other thing is it is cold and wet right now...there were a few drops on the fuse cluster, but really not that much to where I would think it could short.

any ideas on what the constant flash is???

So I Just found out somewhere else that the code will flash evenly and contant if there are NO TROUBLE CODES. At least on the 88 toy celica.
So I think Im all good...whew.
Hope this helps someone else.
