ecu interchange

my ecu went out and i cant find one will any ecu if the plugs match up or do i have to go to the dealership and get a new one its a 1989 22re please help lol

If your avatar is your truck, it looks like an 89 4Runner. I've got a good ECU for an 89
5 speed. It's been sitting for a couple of years, but it was working fine when I parted out the truck. PM me.
