cruise control and horn stopped working

I changed the steering mid shaft on my 2005 Tacoma and my horn and my cruise control no longer work.I checked all of the fuses that i could find and they were all ok.I was not able to locate a fuse for the cruise control.Does this truck have any hidden fuses or reset buttons?

Did you disconnect the battery when you did this? If not, your airbag needs reset too.

There are fuses under the dash, and under the hood. Sounds like you just forgot to plug the white subharness plug back (which has wires for the horn and cruise) into the clockspring.
