id like to go hid but as much as i drive on the highway they be of no use

and where did you locate the 2 ballasts
I'm pretty sure it is possible. I would have swore reading somewhere on the net of someone doing it with 700's. I mounted the ballast right in between the frame and the rad support.

So theres no modification to the light housing right??

Im thinking of doing this mod since I only have two hella 500 driving lamps on my bumper, but I got a set of yellow lights for rainy and foggy weather.

The only thing i needed to do was drill i slightly bigger hole for the grommet to fit. I only use HID's on back-roads (the two middle ones). The two outside ones are normal driving lights which help out with my stockers.
