A little back story its a 87 truck that started out as a 22r then i did the 22re conversion by hacking the harnesses together. So my a/c works good except when it comes on the idle drops to 500 rpm. The vcv engages the idle up solenoid but the computer imidiately readjusts the rpms. So my guess is the a/c amplifier isnt signaling the computer that the a/c is on. Dose anyone know if the 22r a/c amplifier will work with the 22re system or am i barking up the wrong tree any advice would be great
