Buzzing relay when using right turn signal.

I have a 1991 Pickup, 3.0 V6. Whenever I hit the right turn signal, the relay buzzes instead of clicking as it should. The left turn works normally and hazards click as it should. I have replaced the turn signal relay and opened up the combination switch (everything works there). I don't know if it is a wiring issue or if the problem is in the relay/fuse box/panel by the drivers feet. Whatever solutions you guys have would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely an issue with wiring on the right turn circuit. So between the relay the turn signal contacts and the bulbs, both front and rear.
Get a multi-meter.
Check all connections. Bare, shiny metal tightly against bare, shiny metal. Check both positive and negative sides.

Thanks, will check with a multimeter. The front turn signal bulbs were exposed to rain (removed the bezels to work on the body and to replace headlight doors and grille) so could that possibly be a factor?
