Bad steering column combination switch?

Hey hopefully someone can help me I have a 1987 Toyota 4x4 pickup the low beams and horn quit working the hi beams turn signals and wipers still work though I tried new bulbs and installed a new horn and checked wiring everything looks fine would it be the combination switch causing my problems

Thank you I will look into that I checked the spring the plunger still had pretty good tension on it
