I have a constant on abs light from the minute I turn on the key. The truck is all stock, 4x4.

I jumped the diagnostic port and I get code 33 flashing.

Can anyone tell me what this code is? I was told by the previous owner he had the abs turned off by a mechanic. I have checked all the fuses, connections, relays, and wiring and cant find anything disconnected.
