Usually when I turn the key off and the lights are still on, there is a tone. It just stopped working. Anyone know how to fix this?

This can be a real pain and expensive.

Check the easy is your left door switch working like it should ??

Since you don`t mention the tail lights not working as this is powered though the tail light fuse

The buzzer it`s self is in the integration relay

Time to break out your Meter
