I just charged my ac with freon on my 95 4runner and the compressor will not turn on. I had to jump the compressor to take a charge and the air blowes cold when jumped. When the ac button is pushed in it does not light up or turn on the compressor. There is no power at the ac switch with the ignition and fan on. Any ideas were to look for a problem?

 

Have you checked the fuse?

 

Yellow-

you have to remove the glovebox to get to the fuse. It is along the right side behind the right speaker. It should be a 10amp fuse
