3rd gen turn signal relocation

Im not putting turn signals in my bumper, Is there an easy way to wire it up so that when you have your parking lights and hit the turn signal the light blinks off where it would normally blink on. Not sure if Im making myself very clear or not.

You will need to isolate the parking light or add another bulb. If you dont, everytime you use your turn signal with tthe lights off it will back-feed into your tail lights, dashboard, other turn signal, etc.

Why no signals in the new bumper?

get a dual filament bulb and socket for each housing, enlarge the holes to fit the sockets, and wire them up.
