Check for 12 volts at the headlight relay, that is what sends power to the H/L fuses. Relay socket should have 12v on the input terminal (pin 30 typically) and then when on, it should pass 12v to the output terminal (pin 87 typically). So see if you have 12v on one relay socket pin with the headlights off and you can make up a test jumper with a piece of wire and two spade lugs to shove into the relay socket connection the input to output pin to bypass the relay. If power at the relay socket output and nothing at the fuses, check the wiring in between the two and see where the problem lies.

I have truck at a shop and he is looking at where the multiswitch plugs in , he found the red and yellow wire for low and highbeams and is trying to trace back threw fuse box under dash.. now with the 2 10 amp fuses underhood not getting power,im thinking maybe he should be going from batt, to fuse box under hood to where the 10amps are not working and go from there...which I am not a mec.. so tell me what you think.....Dean
