Wipers gone nuts........
My wipers won't cut off.......
I was trying to climb a muddy ditch in my 4Runner, . I was on a incline, probible at a 70 degree angle spinning my tires and hitting the rev limiter and the wipers cut on at almost full speed and will not cut off. Has anyone ever had this problem.
