Question Will these wheels fit?

Ok hi im Kyle this is my first post I just bought and 83 Toyota 3/4T Hilux pickup 4x4 I am wanting to go to 16" wheels and have found a set on an 88 GMC half ton pickup 4x4 I was wondering if anyone knew if they would fit over the hubs on the yota cause there not close where i can try them on Thank you.

I think it has been mentioned here before that the chevy rims have a smaller center hole. If they are aftermarket they might have a large enough hole, can you get the seller to measure the diameter? and the back spacing?

If the hole is large enought he only thing will be the backspacing.
search out Kyle 22r. he seems to be a wealth of info on the early toy's.

if the rims are steel, it's pretty easy to grind out the center hole to fit Toyota hubs. I ground out a set of 15x8 chevy rims to mount my 33's. took about 20-30min per wheel to do. But considering 5 rims cost my $100 it was worth it.
