Nada! It does help to work at a Firestone. Anytime we are slow, my truck is on the rack getting some sort of work performed.

I guess that would explain why I have had three sets of tires in the last year and a half!

I guess my complaints are tiny compared to others:

1. My SAW's squeek only after going over speed bumps w/ some decent speed. It's not when I hit the bump but when I come back down.
2. Raybestos brake pads like to squeel at start up but perform really well after warm-up. One good thing is that there is very little brake dust. The worst part about the squeel is that everyone at work keeps telling me I need new brakes and it's pretty embarrassing at a valet.
3. My JL amp went out (still powers but equalization sucks). I had to swap it out for an Alpine. Sweet sounds once again.
4. The extra lift the OME 891's gave me in the rear causes more sway on the highway at decent speeds (>70 mph). I have some new fabbed end links from Wabbit that I'm hoping will help with this. Also waiting to install my SS panhard bar at the same time.

Other than the bumpy ride a truck gives you, I love my runner...

1) Hard start sometimes when hot......coolant temp sensor perhaps? Not a real issure yet.

2) Need to have tires rotated.

3) Doesn't get driven enough. 7k in 1.5 years.

1. Tint on rear window needs replacing.
2. Need tint on the front dirvers/passenger windows.
3. Oil pressure guage doesn't work
4. Rear bumper has two rust spots
5. Rear passenger side door window slipped off track

Other than this, everything else seems fine. Of course would love more power and better mileage, only about 16 mpg.

My front license plate took a shot from some semi tire tread being thrown into it and it's far from being perfectly straight now but if that's all I have to complain about then I'm happy otherwise at 116k every other single thing actually works including the power antenna.

I've got an oil leak somewhere towards the rear of the engine
Need to change my gear oils to synth, but they're expensive
Hi-beams don't work
Spotlights work intermittently
shifter is sloppy, needs the little thing on the end
my HVAC control panel is cracked in 3 places
My fresh roll on bedliner is scraped off in the bed.
There is dirt EVERYWHERE and I can never keep it clean
All 5 of my wheels are bent
My rear bumper is holding on by a thread, and I can't afford a Sonoran Steel yet.
I don't have a winch
I don't have lockers
I don't have dual batteries
I don't have _________ (insert just about anything)
My ball joints are popping, I proabably need new ones and I need to do BJ spacers too.
My engine could use a rebuild.

I could go on, but I'm not.

3-steering bushings are worn out
4-DS cv is slinging grease

7-not enough flex (not fun on steep off camber descents)
8-OME coils aren't strong enough for a winch bumper
Mine had 215 when she got the swap (gawd I make her sound like A TRANNY!)

The thing I noticed... The tranny was slipping as I kept driving her to Moab (360 miles - 6 hours) Till I got a Tranny Cooler and did a full flush 3 times. Now My rear window just won't go up. But I'm not so sure that's because I don't wail on her...

Oh and for the record she's got 571 gearing with Auto.... DAMN!

Oh and Mossy, get yerself some FROR Steering armor...and sterring arms. It fixed my steering issues in a jiff!

Dash fan clicks at slow speeds, and roars and shakes the whole truck at full blast.

p.s. wiggy, your runner is mint compared to these other guys. I may be the only guy with his runner body in perfect shape.

edit: turned out to be a mangled mouse corpse in my fan. stupid mouse, no match for toyota. It did take 2 days to rip it apart and clean though. I still think I won.

Psst..you'd be best off deleting your two posts, and putting your question in an appropriate thread.
