Question What are these 22r emissions parts?

Here is a picture of my engine after I installed the weber. No I need help with what I can remove. I have already removed the 2 charcoal canisters and various vacuum lines. I just don't know what some of these things do so if you could let me know I would apprecieate it.
Black arrow- has a bunch of vac.lines comming out. Can I remove and plug all of this?
Red Arrow- Has a bunch of lines running from it. Can I remove it?
Pink arrow- There is some elect. connector can this be unhooked? WHat is it for?
Dark Green- Has an elect. connector also. What is it for?
Yellow Arrow- Has an elect. conection with a rubber boot over it. What is it for?
Light green Arrow- Is a vacuum line ribbon, can it be plugged and removed?

I just want it to run good, I do not have to do emmisions inspections anymore since it is over 25 years old.

Check my pics on this post here .
Since you have a Weber carb you should have less than my setup.
Heres the canadian 83 22r vacuum line diagram if it helps.

I have diagrams for 80-83 if you need any different ones. I say just rip all that junk out leaving just your brake vacuum and distrib advance.

What I am really worried about is the electrical things that I pointed out. I did find out tha the yellow arrow is called a vacuum switch. I do not know what this is for or if I need it. So I am off to search for awhile.
