Me and my dad bout got the body work done on my 84 but i still have no clue how i want to paint mine. Im open to any suggestions all i really know is that i want a truck that stands out from the rest without painting it pink. I was thinkin about a two tone. Burnt orange and dark grey or any number of others ive thought about lol

Yours deffinitly looks great lol, i can close my eyes and picture the day my 88 will look like that, the work is just beginning,! but i agree with red. two tone is cool!

Dang dude that's pretty intense when I get all the mechanical stuff done and I paint last I'm going with the scion color cement, I recently saw a FJ the same color so they must have added it to the color options being scion and toyota are the same I believe.

But yea your truck looks pretty fricken intense nothingbetter, good job and I love the two tone

I'm a bodyman so I did all work myself, so yes I rememeber. We use sikkens autowave mm at our shop. The silver is a suzuki colour "32m" is the code, and the orange is a Honda element colour, I believe the code is "9482" All the info is in my build up thread.

Green truck with orange bumpers, nerfs, and roll bar might be pretty cool

 

How about the blue that is on the newer tacomas and fjs? Always wondered what an older one would look like with that color

These are the lines ill probaly follow. The black one is mine the blue one is my dads. Ill do the same hoodline thats on my dads. And on mine the tape line roughy marks where the two color s would meet.
