What is this color called?

well i thought i already posted a thread like this but i can't seem to find it on YT (??) anyway im painting my truck bed soon and i need to know what the paint code is for this color or at least what it is called. any help is greatly appreciated.

Looks like it might be the dark blue metallic.......Edit: scratch that, didn't come in 88, looks like it might just be called dark blue.

Do you have a VIN plate on the door/doorjamb?

yeah it should be on like the right side of your door jam.. usually a 3 digit number... then maybe you could google it or something

The paint code is not, for some reason, on the door jamb.

its weird, theres a plate on the jamb with the GVW, capacities and VIN, but there doesn't seem to be any 3 digit color code. im stumped? ill go check the firewall right now.

The paint/trim/axle/trans codes are on a plate under the hood, attached to the firewall on ALL toyota vehicles to 1988. From 1989 on, they are on the drivers door, or B-pillar.

good to know DC. i tried finding the duplicolor scratch stuff at autozone and i think on the back it has you match a section from the vin. from what ive read on past posts though i would go with everything DC says lol
