The tread will never be flat, you'll get crap for wear, and if you deflate them much, you will either roll the bead off or seriously damage the sidewall with the rim.

On a separate matter - you're gonna need A TON of lift to fit those tires on a Toyota...

Yes - that is actually the recommended rim size if you're gonna 'wheel much.
