Im having a tought time here, thought you guys and gals may be able to help, im trying to get my timing chain back onto the cam and cam gear, and cannot get the tensioner to compress to get it on, whats the process or the tricks,

Ive tried to pry the tensioner in to no avail, tried to turn crank back and forth, didnt work,

what am i missing, id like to try and get this done later tonight, this is the last big hurdle to i have until the engine is done.
