Angry Is there an easy way to get the Cam sproket on!?

I'm having some serious trouble trying to get the cam sproket on. it seems like the chain needs to be higher up by an eighth of an inch... but it's pulled tight. I think it would be easier if the cam key was facing straight up... is there a way to rotate the cam? Thanks for any info.

stick a prybar in one of the holes, using the camshaft cap for leverage, and walk it on!

i use my extra long 3/8 extension to push in the chain tensioner giving you enough slack to slip the gear on.

If you turn the cam gear back and forth it will loosen up the tentioner and allow you to slip on the cam gear.
