Uh ... no. That's the point of my post -- Sway-A-Way's customer service is somewhat lacking. When I told the girl who answered my plight and asked if they (Sway-A-Way) could just send me the coils that I need, she said that they couldln't -- I'd have to go through a dealer. Well, the dealer is who charged my mechanic and then couldln't get the right coils from SAW.
I have no idea how big Sway-A-Way is. However, as a small businessman, I know the importance of taking care of my customers. Evidently, SAW has enough business without helping me find a solution.
I may try one last effort and write a letter to whoever is in charge there. My guess is, it'll never make it past the receptionist.

woow sorry to hear about this, sounds like a freaking headache, I hate it when a business has no customer service.

ToyTec has great customer service, great products, and very fair prices, you should check them out.
from this post I will never buy or recommend sway-a-way

I'm not sure what difference my sending the broken coil to them would make. First of all, they wouldn't deal with me at all -- only a dealer. Secondly, if they don't have any coils that fit my unit, I'm still stuck with a broken coil.
