Squeeking fan noise on 97 4Runner

When truning on the fan to blow the air in, there was squeeking noise. I guess the bearing is wearing out on the fan. So what the exact name for this fan? And is it a big deal to replace the fan?

fan motor or blower motor, i believe.

On a first-gen pickup, the job is a breeze, not sure about your rig though.
