Spray lined my LandCruiser
#21

We've used it for rockers, beds, floors, toppers etc, and it's held up great so far!

Well that is what I would assume I just saw some write ups about how airflow overy standard paint is very important to fuel consumption. I had not seen a rhino-lined type car only dedicated trail rigs. Thought I would ask.

Do you think you could provide a little more information for us thinking about trying it?
how many gallons of the al's spray on bedliner did you have to use? what other materials do you need to buy besides a spray gun, and bedliner? any other information would be great.

I thought my write-up was detailed...
3 gallons to achieve the proper thickness (well, a little less but it only comes in whole gallons). We used an orbital sander with 40 grit disks to sand it down. You could use whatever you want as long as it creates a rough surface. Then all you need to buy is masking tape and plastic.
The liner comes with everything else you need: 3-part Liner, etching primer and even a paddle mixer for your drill. If you want a gun too, it's not that expensive.
Here's the pricing.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Im really leaning on doing this. my truck is scratched to hell from all the brush i've driven through. :/ I need to get my gears/lockers done first though. but yeah, i'd totally do the gray instead of tan... maybe do my bumpers black as well
have you had any UV damage to the color yet? has it faded?
