I got a new Air Compressor for Christmas and decided to try it today. I went to check my tires on all three vehicles and low and behold they were all good.
So I figured I would check the spares on the 4Runner and Tacoma and both were very low. So I aired them up and lubed the chain on the 4Runner and wire on the Tacoma. The last time I had checked them was about 2 years ago.
Now for the advice, check your spare at least once a year and lube the cable or wire while your at it. It would be bad if you got a flat and either couldn't lower the spare because of rust or your spare was flat.
