Some bastard ran up the hood of my work truck, across the roof, hammered my aluminum topper, then jumped off onto my 4runners hood. Its all smashed to hell. I'll post some pics later. I'm still gonna be looking for a guy wearing converse all stars, since thats what the footprints are. I'm pretty sure its some drunk from a huge party up the street last night.

Go up the street, speak to the party owner, offer a $$$ reward for information leading to the prosecution of the a-hat. If he doesn't cough it up, dance on his hood.

Id like to dance on the party owners face. He always is having them, and i'm always picking up beer bottles and trash from his friends.

 

hey atleast its just the hood what if he went bat crazy all over it ....but ya that sucks you dont ever touch a mans truck or theres hell to pay

 

the next night he has a party, throw some bottles around the truck and call the cops, the'll most likely have no choice but to blame them for the damage and the home owner will be liable....maybe!

 

Assuming the house in the background is yours, why not park inside the gate in the future, & get a dog?

That is ˟˟˟˟ up ! Nothing more pisses me off than someone destroying someones car. The problem is in 10 seconds flat you can truely mess years of someones time and energy into a car.

My brother and his wife live with me, and they park their 2006 accord in there. I'm glad it didn't happen to their car. I wish my dogs could've been out there, I have a 130 lb akita and a 100 lb doberman that would've torn this guy a new one.

 

I hear you. I had my old 4runner keyed real bad one night after I threw this one guy out of my bar, after that I parked across the street where I could see it while working.
I hope you catch the guy who did it. Is the insurance going to cover the damage?

 

I'm going to contact my homeowners monday and see if its covered. Then hopefully if they pay for it, I'll repaint it myself, since I did its current paintjob. Then that may leave me with some mod money, but I'll have to wait and see! Maybe some good can come of this afterall!
