Ive got the maglight mod (under seat)

ive also added 2 non switched hot all the time 12v power points in my runner. one in the dash by the ebrake handle, the other in the rear in the rear plastic as it makes the turn in the corner. (great for that plug in cooler etc)

Ive also added an aux fuse block.

Still havent done this mod. Is there any reason other than more throttle noise?

I'm in the middle of the flip the hitch for more clearance. The shut-off switch for the power antenna is in the plans too.
Get to add the deckplate and ISR mod.

For a whopping few more inches of clearance I'm flipping the factory hitch upside down. You do have to cut a hole in the bumper and apparently it doesn't work with all hitches, either. There was a couple of threads on it, that's where I got the idea.

I love yotatech.

From: Puyallup WA.

spray painted my skid plate red to match the truck.

aux. fuse box.

3 full time power outlets through out the truck. (one in stock location, one under drivers side kick planel, one in the rear cargo area.)

camping window screens. cut screen material to size of windows, glue magnets to the screen. now when i camp during the summer i dont cook and the bugs stay out.

Power antenna over ride... i got tired of replacing it after wheelin.

Deck plate mod would easily be at the top of my list. Anybody that doubts this works just time your truck from 60-75 in 5th gear with and without the plate in.

Next would be the hidden snorkel from Here I did mine alittle differently (so I didn't have to heat and bend PVC) and it came out great: Parts and Installed

I can't say foresure... due to the fack I changed the intake to a true flow intake at the same time as the deck plate mod... Well There is a little more throttle on the top end on the hwy. More Air = more horses right? I'm still in the stages of getting the average fuel milage, so far I'm getting 20 miles more to the tank, once the gas light comes on... There is a huge differance in throttle response overall... I'm happy.. But yes a lot more noise when you use a heavy foot, otherthan that I can't tell the differance its quiet without the plate just when you step on it to get a lower gear it gets loud..

700 watt power inverter and my Playstation 2 mod. Phone holders, pda holder.

about maglight mod. I find maglights dim, heavy and impratical. I carry around a 6" surefire flashlight that weighs almost nothing and 5x brighter than my big ol maglight. It's indestructable too. Cost me $200 but one of the best things I've bought.

i went to walmart and bought a cheap center consol and cut out the middle to fit around the shifter. i then measured and cut, then double sided sticky taped it and now i have extra storage for coins and stuff and 2 new cup holders that arent in the way.looks like it was there from the factory.

Spindle... diff breather mod. HUH??? LOL

OK the best cheap mod I have HAD was using mag light clips for the rear (or front) license plate that was on my old trucks tire carrier. Reason being whenever the rear license plate would get hit it would pop off rather than drag. (Since I now have a new rig and a mounted license plate I don't need this).

Best Mod on my 4Runner? While it is not cheap like $2 it is relatively cheap compared to most stuff and was the BEST MOD I have ever had. Night off road lighting. Less than $80 for 8 lights, wiring harnesses and switches. It has been a godsend. Of course if ya use it a lot with a winch and PIAA's you'll kill a normal alternator but hell

This is a utility box/tool box that I built. Its a little hard to see but it fits over the right wheel well and has a fire extinguisher and just to the left of it there is a mag light mount. It fits just about everything a guy would need on the trail, i covered it with some replacement type carpet you'd find at a pep boys or something. It works and looks great! That silver looking handle bar is actually my bike, again sorry for the bad quality!

Best cheap mod... Hmmm.. Gotta be the deckplate/ISR mod. After that, the "grey wire" mod.
