SB for a 22r/ 22re/ 22ret are the same you just want the specific turbo head gasket. http://www.citymotorsupply.com/catalogs.htm is who I used $365 plus core. But they were local to me a the time.

You can use a 22re block as well. You'll just have to drill/tap the oil return line in the block. From what I gather there's already a location marked on the block.

My 87ret had both a oil return hole and oil supply fitting on the drivers side of the block. The oil return on a standard 22re can be drilled open and tapped to receive the oil return line. Not sure how difficult it would be to provide the pressurized oil to the turbo from a standard 22re block. Maybe others will know.
