4Runner is starting to look great again man, glad to see that. What kind of rear cargo mat do you have in there? That thing looks HD!

Lookin great! Sucks that it got stolen I couldn't imagine havin mine stolen. You should put a kill switch on there! It's an easy effective way to keep someone from drivin off with it so easily. Or did they tow it away?

One of the first things I did when I got it back was install 4 kill switches.
And yes they did drive it away. They made a key for it right where it was parked. These guys knew what they where doing. When I got the truck back it had over a houndred CA. REG. in a bag. and peoples drivers ID's. Most of the REG's where of older Toyota's.

Wow! That's pretty scary hopefully they stay away from my truck, I've only got one kill switch but I'm about to put a second one on I've gotten super paranoid of someone stealing my truck since I've been puttin a lot new stuff on it lol these trucks are too easy to steal, my dad's who's a CHP and does stolen vehicle investigations told me about this lady and husband that he caught with a key ring full of Toyota, Honda, etc... keys that were a filed down version of the basic key shape so it works in most any of the cars/trucks that the keys originally went to.

Did your insurance cover any of the costs?

No! I had to pay for everything. I could have SASed the rig with the money I had to shell out, just to get it back to where it was. OH well!!!

Awesome rehab!

(love the rear bumper - bought or built? - could you post up a couple pics of it so I can steal some ideas?)

Thanks!
I built the outer parts of the bumper. The bumper itself came with the truck. I did post the added pieces. heres the link, https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...bumper-181468/ So I guess you could say, both!
