Replacement Fuel Line

I replaced all of my soft fuel lines about 6 years ago. One is leaking, near the tank. Of course it leaks after I had the bed off and had easier access.

What fuel line are people using? I'm looking at getting Continental 65127 50 psi, SAE 30R7.
Amazon Amazon

Is there a difference in size on American vs Asian? Reason I ask is what I took off 6 years ago seem to fit hard lines tighter than replacement hose.

My 86 is fuel injected so I have the crimped and threaded high pressure line, a return line that I think is 8mm or 5/16" hose and I think my vent line was smaller and 1/4" line worked on it.
